Coaching Philosophy

My coaching philosophy was instilled in me a long time ago through my parents, my brother, my teammates and all my coaches, which was the competitive will to win! I truly believe I was born with the passion for the sport of softball. I feel like the past experiences in my life have made me the person and the coach I am today. I believe that you have to be intense with your mission and have the desire and self-discipline to be committed to excellence. You must be responsible, loyal, have a good work ethic and be dedicated to put in a little extra work every day. I want every young lady who plays softball for Plano East to have a wonderful experience; make new friendships, gaining confidence that they can achieve anything, and developing character traits that will allow them to be successful throughout their life.
